Our Collaborative Model

CUP works with a hub and spoke model with our team at the center of a large, interdisciplinary network. Our team runs the organization, initiate and manage our projects. As we create work, we bring together teams of advocates, designers, educators, and artists who collaborate on individual projects.

Our Board

CUP's Board helps guide CUP's strategic decisions, supports its sustainability as an organization, and is made up of nice people who care about our mission.
