<p>Hi my name is Rachel (she/her)! I am a designer and researcher focused on creating impactful user experiences. Leading with empathy, I am a collaborative problem solver and a maker who designs with optimism and an open mind. Currently, I’m a visual designer at Smart Design, a strategic design and innovation consulting firm. I have a driving passion for social impact work and strive throughout all of my projects to create programs and methods for solutions. I am born and raised in New York, and recently graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where I studied Communication Design and Sociology.</p>
