<p>Nicole Jacoby is a Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist within the Wage and Hour Division. In her role, she is the key facilitator of relationships that support the Department’s Strategic Enforcement initiatives, with stakeholders such as ethnic chambers of commerce, worker advocacy organizations, employers, unions, and consulates. She also develops and presents trainings and compliance tools. Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware. </p>
