<p>Jacob Lieb is Senior Director for First/Last Mile (FLM) Planning for LA Metro. The FLM program includes a comprehensive set of planning, funding, and implementation activities for transit station areas countywide. The program focuses on walking, biking, and rolling as nearly 90% of Metro riders get to transit without using a private car. Jacob comes to Metro after a long tenure with the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG). Jacob is a graduate of UC Berkeley. </p>
