<p>Andrea (she/her) graduated from Oberlin College in 2019 studying Econ and Linguistics, which has helped broaden her approach to visual communication problems. She is currently a graphic designer at NowThis News, and appreciates the opportunity to work in news+journalism and help communicate complex ideas to a general audience. Her developing design practice is interested in topics of identity, subcultures, and activism, and incorporates elements of surprise, humor and storytelling. In her spare time she makes prints at the SVA RisoLab, attempts stand-up comedy, and wanders aimlessly around New York listening to audiobooks.</p>
