CUP's Fellowship for Change in Design is a paid, two-year, full-time position for an emerging/early career designer from a historically marginalized identity. 
The Fellow will work at CUP full-time, from August 2024 to July 2026, on a combination of visual design and communications projects for CUP, projects for CUP's Community and Youth Education programs, and efforts that support their own professional development.
The Fellow is paid a salary between $50,000–$55,000, depending on their experience, along with 100% health insurance coverage, paid time off, and support for professional development.
